Why it matters
The technology is ready. Value happens when people change how they work, in their own context.
What I bring
I help people see what's in it for them and support them as they move toward shared goals.
Human‑centred tech and AI: I turn customer needs into clear product requirements.
Help people get started, with guidance, small steps and early wins.
New habits grow quietly. One day, the new way is simply how people work.
Results you can measure against the goals we set at the start.

Problem
A new, dedicated Customer Success EMEA function, built from the ground up. Around 100 languages in the region, 8 in the team.
Constraints
No budget yet, an undefined tech stack and a lean team. The idea had to wait.
Action
I proposed an AI translation platform and kept the idea alive through internal networking. A year later, my manager secured the budget and trusted me to run the RFP: 5-6 vendors, negotiation and onboarding.
Result
All EMEA webinars our team delivered, available in 60+ languages, on demand. Teams across the organisation wanted to use it, from Sales and Customer Success to Marketing.
Impact
Customers got content in their own language, without extra headcount. And a foundation for AI‑enabled customer communication across EMEA.

Business works best when you understand people - colleagues, customers, partners, anyone you build something with. The only real way to do that is to walk in their shoes. Let's walk together, shall we?
